Changes for EU customers

Due to the changes in VAT regulations concerning sale of digital products for the EU, as of January 1, 2015, DIY services will no longer be available, and album design clients will not receive online copies of their polished images or flattened designs. Design-only services will only be available if for third party sites with a European base, such as Blurb UK.
